In 1992, the EZ-Table was designed by inventor and entrepreneur Ford B. Cauffiel in order to provide a more accessible and elegant alternative to the traditional TV-Table. The stable base, complete with magazine rack, slides easily under a legged chair or couch; no attachment is needed during installation, the weight of the furniture holds the table securely in place. The laminated tabletop is easy-to-clean and scratch-resistant with an attractive wood grain finish. The height of tabletop can be adjusted to any position between 23” ½ to 33” with a patented spring loaded system that can be set with just a finger.
For the Infirmed
The EZ-Table is particularly well suited to the needs of the infirmed. It allows quick and easy access to a stable workspace without requiring them to rise from their chair or to bend over a low table. With just a simple push that workspace can then be slid away providing control and comfort. Because of the EZ-Table’s spring loaded design the height of the table can be set with just two light touches.
